Extreme skiing is a world apart in the snow sports.  It's a really dangerous practice; it is a sport that is really extreme.  Expertise, the excellent physical condition and the right mental attitude are the cornerstones to practice this discipline. Of course, I am talking here about the two most beloved ways of ski too, cat skiing and heli skiing.

Even if cat skiing may look as a serious sport, especially when you talk about safety and risks, it still is a way of having fun and celebrates life.
